There are two types of Buyers Guides used nationally. They are "As Is - No Warranty" and "Implied Warranties Only." The state in which your dealership does business decides which form you must use. You can depend on Automotive Forms to supply you with the correct form.
Buyers Guides are required by Federal Law. A dealer may be fined up to $10,000 for failure to display a Buyers Guide on any used car displayed for sale.
Buyers Guides are printed in duplicate and measure 8-1/2" x 11" and have adhesive at both top and bottom to assure that the form will remain on the car until it is sold.
